All sensitive data like credit card numbers and addresses are encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provided by the Squarespace platform. SSL technology secures the connection between your browser and the website you’re visiting. All transactions are processed by Stripe and are not stored on any server owned by G. D. Hardy LLC. Stripe, our merchant processing partner, is a PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Do we use “cookies”?
The Squarespace platform uses cookies to collect data about how users navigate our site. This data includes information like IP addresses, device operating system, and referral websites. This data is used solely to improve user experience. G. D. Hardy LLC will never serve you advertisements. If you prefer, it is you can block cookies using your web browser.

What about Third-Parties?
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your PII to any Third-Party outside of the service providers that help us run our website. Our partners must agree to keep your PII confidential. We may release your information if we are legally required to by law enforcement, or to enforce our Terms of Use, and protect ourselves and other users.

What if our data is breached?
We will notify the you of any breach via email and on our website within one (1) business day.
